Details of a tragic murder in Moscow, Russia have surfaced. 38 year old Gyulchehra Bobokulova was arrested while walking around a metro station with a decapitated head and screaming terrorist threats. It was later confirmed that the severed head belonged to a 4 year old girl, Anastasia Meshcheryakova, who the woman nannies for. According to eyewitness accounts she was not trying to flee but was in fact trying to get maximum attention. She was heard saying “I hate democracy. I am a terrorist. I want you dead… You have become so hardened, you have eliminated so many of us. Look I am a suicide bomber, I will die, doomsday will come in a second.” It is also thought that Gyulchehra also set fire to the girl’s apartment which engulfed multiple apartments.
Police discovered traces of an “explosive element” at the apartment she set on fire. This could be a wide variety of substances but is most likely some kind of lighter fluid. An eye witness, Alexandra Shuvalova, who saw her pace through the street said “I could see that she had hair in her hands or something like that. ‘She was waving this thing and screaming something and drawing some shapes in the air…I realized it wasn’t a wig as I thought initially, but a head – that’s why blood was dripping on her shoes and skirt” Bobokulova said that one security guard and two police officers had the opportunity to apprehend her but instead went to warn others to stay away instead. She also periodically yelled “Allahu Akbar” which is an Islamic phrase meaning God is greater or God is the greatest. She paced up and down the street and near a metro station for a full 20 minutes before finally being detained by police.
When Anastasia Meshcheryakova’s mother heard the news and saw what remained of her child’s body she was understandably distraught. Paramedics said that after being inconsolable she passed out and was taken to a local hospital for observation. Bobokulova claimed that she did what she did because of the father’s infidelity. That claim has yet to be substantiated. Bobokulova went in for extensive psychological testing. Initial reports may suggest that she was manic and that she might have been on something called “light drugs.”
Anastasia was thought to need extra help since she had learning disabilities due to birth complications. The parents have said that Bobokulova was their nanny for 18 months prior to the incident. The police are not treating this incident as an act of terrorism but if Bobokulova is found to be psychologically fit to stand trial, she faces up to 20 years in prison. Russia’s children’s rights commissioner, Pavel Astakhov, urges parents to do a full proper background check of anyone taking care of your kids.

I cannot even imagine what the mother felt when she heard and saw what happened to her young daughter. This is such a heartbreaking tragedy. The little girl did not deserve this and her parents didn’t deserve to be ridden with such pain and grief. Apparently, something is very wrong with Gyulchehra Bobokulova to have done this horrible act and to parade the head around trying to get maximum attention.
This is inhumane. How can someone genuinely think doing such thing is okay and even, rewarded by God? That idea is insane.
my heart goes out to the family of the little girl. Mental illness is unfortunately becoming more pernicious in our societies if gone untreated. I am sure that none of this lay’s actions have to do with the true religion of islam.
I think that the police is right in not treating this incident as an act of terrorism despite what the suspect kept shouting in Islam beacuse this may just be a case of psychological disorder and Bobokulova might not really be a terrorist but just a mentally challenged individual. My heart goes out to the decapitated girl’s family left behind.

What a sad story it is? I dont have no words to say about this situation. It definitely a heart broking video to anyone.
Is life really that worthless to some people? Don’t they realize that life is not ours to take. If that child’s destiny is to make a better future for humankind, this person just proudly destroyed that hope.
My prayers goes out to Anastasia’s family. My heart breaks for what happened to this innocent kid. People who doesn’t know love have no humanity in them.
This is really twisted. Terrorist act or not, this is very gory. How on earth someone could do that to others.
