Aaron Carter, John Legend, Johnny Depp, T.I. – Which Celebrity Supports Donald Trump?

The long answer is nobody. but the short answer is Aaron Carter. The reason why those two answers are different is that Aaron Carter has publicly endorsed Trump for president but he also admits that he doesn’t agree with everything the GOP candidate has to say. Carter told GQ “I like what he’s doing for taxes for the people. And I like what he’s focused on. Like, let’s worry about our deficit right now. And about our country. And about how we can actually make it great again,” He also includes “He’s proving that sometimes you have to file for bankruptcy and rebuild.” Which probably hits a personal chord with him since he has to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy himself due to his childhood tax issues. But he made sure to add “if Trump can’t change some of his ways of thinking, then I’m just going to sit this one out.” referring to Trump’s immigration stance.
Other celebrities have taken a vocal stance against Trump like John Legend. Legend got into a twitter battle with Donald Trump Jr. over Donald Trump Senior’s stances on other races. Legend accusing Sr. of being a racist while Jr. defends his father by trying to take the stance that it’s a baseless accusation and an umbrella term for most comments made by Trump Sr. In an attempt to prove it was baseless, Trump Jr. points to the protest against Trump Sr. where people couldn’t even answer why they were against Trump.
T.I. also had some choice words for Donald Trump on Instagram. In his video he says, “I have a family, I have children, I have ancestors that I WILL NOT LET DOWN.” There is definitely more harsh language in the video from the outspoken rapper. To add to the long list of anti-Trump supporters, Johnny Depp also publicly disapproves of Donald Trump. Depp being a shade more subtle than his fellow celebrities, he did an impression of Trump when he was at Arizona State University. He says that “There’s something created about him, in the sense of bullydom,” and then he tells us what he really thinks about him, “But what he is, I believe, is a brat.”
Despite the seemingly endless list of people and celebrities that stand against Trump’s supposed tyranny there are many people who do support him. Celebrities like Tila Tequila, Dennis Rodman, and John Voight all publicly support the candidate to be. There is a lot of international debate over Trump’s potential presidency as well. But whether you like him or hate him there is only one way to really show how you feel. Go out and vote.
